Pisco Jalisco

Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: 3 slices of apple on a toothpick

60mls pisco
60mls apple juice
15mls lemon juice
5mls Monin passionfruit syrup
teaspoon of orange marmalade

shake all ingredients over ice and serve in an old fashioned half full of ice. Fan 3 thin slices of apple, skewer on a toothpick and rail on the edge of the glass. Serve.

Tequila is both the name of Mexico's national drink, and a town in the Mexican state of Jalisco.
Pisco is the national drink of Peru.

The 'Jalisco' is traditionally made with Tequila, but I find Pisco much smoother, hence the 'Pisco Jalisco'
